Shipping & Handling
Shipping/Handling: We ship to the USA normally within 2-4 business days via UPS, USPS or local pick up. Entering the wrong shipping address may delay your order or cause you to incur additional fees. Use the map below to determine normal UPS ground US transit times once your package leaves our facility in Arizona. Day 1 is the day after your package leaves our facility. Expedited shipping (if chosen)begins after your package leaves our facility also. Bare Nekked Essentials is not responsible for carriers shipping delays.

Exchanges & Returns
At Bare Nekked Essentials, we are completely confident that you will be in love with our products as soon as you get them. We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Nekked purchases. If however you decide that something you've ordered is not right, feel free to contact us within 48 hours. However due to the nature of our products, being made for the body and for the protection of all our customers, we cannot re-sell products that have left our care as it would be difficult to know if our products had been tampered with. Of course if the mistake is ours and we have sent the wrong product we will be happy to exchange the item at our cost including shipping charges.
Additions / Cancellations
Please check your order carefully BEFORE you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order.
We rarely run out of stock, but if we do, we will place your missing items on backorder and ship them as soon as they become available.
Incorrect / Damage or lost goods
We are not liable for packages that have been damaged, held or lost during the shipping process once they leave our location. Ownership of packages turned over to the carrier USPS, transfers to the buyer immediately. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us and we can attempt to assist by looking up the tracking number, to provide you status. We highly recommend you also contact USPS with your tracking number that has been provided to locate the package. Incorrect shipped items, may be replaced if we are contacted within 48 hours of receiving the item. Failure to contact us within 48 hours voids any responsibility we may have had.
